Who is Mike Ferry?

Mike Ferry has been in business for over 44 years. He started his company in 1975 with an idea to find brokerage firms in need of agent training, and to build their income and success. Since then he has offered 5,000 days of retreats, speeches and seminars, and has spoken to at least a million agents all over the world.

He began with three-hour and multi-day seminars on listing, selling and the sales process. That evolved into a four-day action workshop, and eventually in 1988 into the first ever Real Estate Sales Coaching Program in the world. His organization has grown by leaps and bounds since then.

What is The Mike Ferry Organization?

Since those days, The Mike Ferry Organization has grown and changed many times. It began offering One on One coaching seminars for Real Estate Agents, Managers and Brokers in 1995, and tens of thousands of agents have gone through this program since then. The organization offered a wealth of programs guiding agents through surviving the Real Estate bubble of 2008.
