How to Stay Strong During This Pandemic
Now more than ever you need to stay on top of your game as a Real Estate Agent! This pandemic has turned our world upside down and as the impact of this crisis makes it hard to stay positive, we all need to remain strong and push forward. Here are some tips to help you in maintaining a positive outlook during this time:
Stay on Top of Things
As a Real Estate Agent, you still have a job and that job isn’t going to stop. Staying focused can be a good way to remain the calming force in your home. Despite these unprecedented times, things will eventually get better, and your skills will be stronger.
Check-in with your prospects and past clients. Remind them when this all passes, you’ll be ready to assist them however possible.
Psychologically, our brains love routine. Create a routine and stick to it. Don’t listen to the “work in your PJ’s” mentality, treat every day like it is a new opportunity. Keep your tasks afloat; whether that be within marketing, prospecting, presentation skills or other related roles.
Keep Moving
Staying active is vital. Work out at home, take walks, go for a jog, and use fresh air to recharge and reset for each day that lies ahead.
Take a Break
Always stay mindful of your current mental state. Put your phone aside, limit screen time (when you can), meditate, play games, read a book or watch a good movie. You know when it’s time to recharge and refocus, and when it’s time to get to work.
Stay Strong Together
At The Mike Ferry Organization, we believe in working together. That’s why we are introducing a special coaching program called ADAPT which airs 3 times per week. Sign up today!
