Mike Ferry has been in business for over 44 years. He started his company in 1975 with an idea to find brokerage firms in need of agent training, and to build their income and success. Since then he has offered 5,000 days of retreats, speeches and seminars, and has spoken to at least a million agents all over the world. He began with three-hour and multi-day seminars on listing, selling and the sales process.
